Ben was initially inspired to become a chiropractor as a teenager after falling out of a tree and hurting his back. He has since completed post graduate training in dry needling. Ben founded Southside Chiropractic & Massage in 2000.

Ben has a special interest in working with sports people and he is keen to ensure his sporting patients are physically able to participate in their sport at an optimal level. He is a member of both The Australian Chiropractors Association and Chiropractic Australia.

Additionally, Ben has conducted original research into the potential of chiropractic to be effective in the treatment of migraines and associated visual disturbances, particularly tunnel vision. His work in this field was published in the world’s leading chiropractic scientific journal, The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics.
